1 Definitions and Scope

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "cricx" refers to this website and all casino, sports betting and other gaming services operated under it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any person registered on the cricx platform.
• "Account" refers to a member's own registered profile and balance.
• "Bonus" refers to any welcome offer or promotional benefit provided by cricx.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on cricx, you must provide an active mobile number, a valid email address and accurate personal information. Once registration is complete, the account must be activated through an OTP verification process.

3.2 Password Security

Members are fully responsible for keeping their password confidential. It is advisable not to use passwords that are easy to guess. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the cricx support team immediately.

3.3 Updating Information

If a member's mobile number or email address changes after registration, they must update this on cricx promptly. cricx will not be responsible for any disruption to communication caused by outdated information.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Rules

4.1 Deposit Methods

Accepted methods for depositing funds on the cricx platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Members must use a mobile banking account registered in their own name — transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Members may withdraw winnings via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes, though this may take longer in cases involving verification issues.

4.3 Transaction Integrity

If a member is found to have conducted fraudulent, illegal or suspicious transactions, cricx reserves the right to freeze that account and any associated funds. Compliance with anti-money laundering regulations is mandatory for all members.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, a ৳2,000 bonus will be added to their account — bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times, meaning ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be placed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds are not cash — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Only one bonus may be obtained from a single bonus promotion.
• If a member violates bonus-related terms after receiving a bonus, cricx reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings earned from it.
• Wagering or validity conditions may differ across promotions — please read the relevant terms carefully before taking up any offer.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The cricx VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. A portion of weekly net losses is returned as cashback — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver and up to 0.8% at Gold. For example, a Silver member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 would receive up to ৳100 cashback (৳20,000 × 0.5%).

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on cricx — slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and others — are conducted according to set rules. Each game has its own RTP and payout rules. Game outcomes are entirely controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are free from any external influence.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:
